Adam Schafer is a personal trainer and IFBB professional, most famous for his association with the Mind Pump Media group. Being CEO of Mind Pump Media, he co-hosts the Mind Pump podcast.
He is the founder of the outdoor fitness program WeLove2HateAdam. Adam got started with his career in fitness in 2001. His first entrepreneurial venture was as a child often so it seemed natural for Adam to become an entrepreneur in fitness. He was a natural athlete who loved snowboarding, water skiing, basketball and anything else sports-related. Adam’s love for sports led him down the path of learning about fitness and nutrition.
Adam has obtained certifications from top fitness training institutions including the International Fitness Professionals Association, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the National Council on Strength and Fitness, and the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. Through Mind Pump, Adam wants to offer a media outlet that provides fitness and health education in the most entertaining way possible.

Dr Shawn Baker

Dr Shawn Baker is an Orthopedic Surgeon and an athlete. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of MeatRx. Skilled in medicine, public speaking, consulting, and being the author of “The Carnivore Diet”, he is also an international speaker and podcast Host of The HPO podcast.

Greg Potter
Chief Science Officer for Resilient Nutrition
Greg Potter has a Ph.D. focused on sleep, diet, and metabolism. Greg Potter’s work at the University of Leeds on sleep, diet, and metabolic health was featured by the likes of the BBC World Service, the Washington Post, and Reuters. Greg has a BSc and an MSc in Exercise Physiology from Loughborough University.
He is also a qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist, having worked as a sprints coach at Loughborough, coaching an athlete to four gold medals at the European Championships in his category. He also previously worked in the sports medicine department at the RFU.

Darryl Edwards

Darryl Edwards is a former investment banking technologist turned movement coach and author. He is the founder of the Primal Play Method and physical activity, health, and play researcher.

Dr Uma Naidoo
Psychiatrist | Professional Chef | Nutrition Specialist
Michelin-starred chef David Bouley described Dr Uma Naidoo as the world’s first “triple threat” in the food as medicine space: She is a Harvard trained psychiatrist, Professional Chef and Nutrition Specialist. Her niche work is in Nutritional Psychiatry and she is regarded both nationally and internationally as a medical pioneer in this more newly recognized field.
Featured in the Wall Street Journal, ABC News, Harvard Health Press, Goop, and many others, Dr Uma has a special interest on the impact of food on mood and other mental health conditions.
In her role as a Clinical Scientist, Dr. Naidoo founded and directs the first hospital-based clinical service in Nutritional Psychiatry in the USA. She is the Director of Nutritional and Lifestyle Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) & Director of Nutritional Psychiatry at the Massachusetts General Hospital Academy while serving on the faculty at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Dominic D’Agostino
Associate Professor | Research Scientist | NASA Crew Member
Dr. Dominic D’Agostino is an Associate Professor in the Department of Molecular Pharmacology and Physiology at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. He is also a Research Scientist at the Institute for Human and Machine Cognition (IHMC). His laboratory develops and tests nutritional strategies and metabolic-based therapies for neurological disorders, cancer and metabolic optimisation. He was a research investigator and crew member on NASA’s Extreme Environment Mission Operation (NEEMO 22) and has a personal interest in environmental medicine and methods to enhance safety and physiological resilience of military personnel in extreme environments. His research is supported by the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Department of Defense (DoD), private organisations and nonprofit foundations.
