Typically, the sessions will last for 60 minutes and ideally, we would meet every 2 weeks.

Are our discussions confidential?
Absolutely. All discussions are confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, for example sharing with another professional that you may be working with i.e. Doctor or Personal Trainer.  We are registered with the UK Information Commissioners Office.

Is Coaching usually paid for by the company or the individual?
A number of our clients choose to pay individually, pay through their own businesses or have their employers pay for the coaching.

What happens if I need to take a break from the Programme due to unforeseen circumstances?

I don’t usually encourage breaks in the Programme because working regularly and consistently together will help you the most. However, there are always unforeseen circumstances, such as a new baby to look after and so a break of up to a month can be negotiated.
