#20 – QUANTIFIED SELF with Bob Troia

In this episode, Nick and Ben are talking with Bob Troia (Quantified Bobo) who is a New York City-based technology entrepreneur and a prominent voice in the biohacking and Quantified Self communities. Bob is combining his passion with purpose, building solutions focused on the intersection of data-driven citizen science, health and wellness, human performance, longevity/anti-aging, and self-optimization, while also documenting his personal efforts.  

Bob swears by the mantra “Hack, track, analyze, optimize, rinse, repeat”, which comes from his background in software development. He not only aims to gain new insights about himself, but also challenge and reshape his previously held beliefs.

In addition to speaking at leading international conferences, Bob has appeared on numerous media outlets, including CBS News Sunday Morning (USA), PBS NewsHour Weekend (USA), National Geographic Explorer (USA), CBC (Canada), and SBS-TV (South Korea); in magazines, such as Fast Company (USA), Men’s Fitness (USA), and Outside (USA).
